OES Solutions was founded in 2000 by Danny and Chip Terril. While there wasn't always an "OES Solutions," the notion of something like it was a concept the Terril's shared since childhood. Since both Danny and Chip have spent years in the office equipment trade, they felt they had the knowledge and experience to start OES Solutions.

Business began for the family duo in a small office space in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mike Oehler, also experienced in the industry, joined into ownership of the company within the first year of operations. The team began to do business with the diversity that would give them an edge over the industry norm.

OES Solutions has helped many businesses grow and diversify with great success. Within their first year, OES Solutions was a million dollar operation supporting dealers though out the United States. After experiencing a "hyper growth", OES was relocated to a 15,000 square foot facility in Westfield, Indiana.

In 2004 OES partnered with Sharp Electronics as a Master Distributor, and has received Sharp's highest award, the Diamond Distributor consecutively since 2004. Increasing growth lead to another facility expansion and in 2007 OES-Solutions opened another distribution center in Indio, California.
